Account Setup and Configuration
This guide walks you through the complete setup process for your Concier AI account, ensuring you get the most out of our platform from day one.
Business Profile Setup
Company Information
Your business profile is the foundation of your Concier AI experience:
- Company Details
- Business name and logo
- Industry type and size
- Contact information and address
User Roles and Permissions
- Admin: You can add other members from your team as admins. As a result, they will be able to log in to Concier and see what you see. Go to 'Account' -> 'Account Access Management' -> type your teammate's email address (Important! The user must log in to Concier with this email so that the system can recognize the email address) in the 'Assign Role to User' field, select [Admin] as the role if you want them to co-manage the account with you.
Distribution Channel Setup
Click 'Listings' on the sidebar menu -> Click 'Channels'
- Click 'Website Chatbot' to follow the instructions to add the Concier widget to your website.
- Click 'Phone' and enter the 3-digit area code to search for a phone number. Keep your business number and forward all or after-hours calls to this line for 24/7 AI support. Think of it as your AI Agent's cell phone. Currently supports +1 (US/CA) only.
- Click 'Social Media Sharing' and copy the link or QR code to add to your social media pages.
